Original Biltong Sticks are made using carefully selected joints of lean topside beef of the highest quality from our approved suppliers. We boast a massive 52g of protein per 100g portion! During the marinating process we use our very own secret recipe of natural herbs and spices that are carefully roasted and ground on our premises. The meat pieces are then slowly air dried to perfection and packed in a protected atmosphere. It takes a huge 260g of freshly marinated lean beef to make just 100g of Biltong Sticks! All our meats have passed the highest of standards, and are fully traceable.
